Hunto was born in 1982 in Brindisi, in the south of Italy. At a very early age, he developed a love for art and, at just 14 years old, started graffiti under the name Hunto. He returns to London Mural Festival 2024 for a special mural project exploring the art of the Berlin Wall—2024, marking 35 years since its fall in 1989.

Hunto is largely influenced by the Cubist movement and the great painter Pablo Picasso. He explores different stylistic periods of painting and is drawn to powerful images of love, pleasure, and romance. His distinctive style means his work is easy to recognise across the city.

Hunto’s mural was commissioned by the German Embassy London.
