Liam Bononi, a Brazilian artist based in the United Kingdom, initiated his career in graffiti in 2007. His distinctive style is rooted in an early immersion in the artistic realm, drawing inspiration from exaggerated, dramatic, and theatrical expressions. Bononi's portraits reflect intense emotions, predominantly introspective or in states of catharsis, delving into the drama of self-discovery and human transformation experiences. The hands take centre stage, symbolising the contradiction, representing a dual power capable of both construction and destruction.

This intrinsic contradiction in his creations harmonises with the exploration of psychological transformation. The fragments in his works symbolise the deconstruction of the past, providing a visual representation of the constant metamorphosis in the human journey.

“Creating a mural in London allows me to contribute to the city's cultural landscape, leaving a lasting impact on the community. It’s a great opportunity to exchange with other talented artists and the public in general. The festival creates an important impact on the communities, and I'm really pleased to be involved this year.”
