Tea Jurisic

Tea Jurisic makes her debut at London Mural Festival with an exciting new large scale mural at the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre in Canada Water.

An illustrator and muralist from Croatia, Tea Jurisic studied Graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, where she learned a variety of painting, graphic, and drawing techniques. Her illustrations often include watercolour, oil, and acrylic. Her love for larger formats led her to mural painting, and since 2018, she has painted walls across Europe. She mixes illustration and street art, creating murals that tell stories connected to the location, its history, and its people. Her works often feature diverse characters, bright colours, and an optimistic atmosphere, aiming to convey metaphors and narratives rather than literal depictions.
